Finnish artsian raw, vegan chocolate flavoured with typical Asian components. Will they compliment the chocolate or vice versa?
Well, ginger is strong, chocolate bitter, lemongrass acidic. Who knows (me?)?

Belgian reduced sugar white chocolate. White chocolate with low sugar, aka no sugar but lot of maltitol. Will it still be to gooey and sweet?

Well, it sure is thyme and lime on the nose and lime and thyme on the palate. Odd combo that actually works since the white chocolate don’t show off it’s usual overbearing sweetness.
