Coffeeeeeee, just cofee, overpowering the chocolate. I can only guess the chocolate flavours since the coffee is to strong for me (I don’t drink coffee so I’m not used to it).

Infuse the cacao beans with Bourbon and then let them dry and roast lightly, will that enhance the original cacao beans? I don’t know, but it sure is interesting.
