If you like dark, straigt up dark chocolate, this is just that. Flavours of nuts, cacao and a hint of red berries does not make it worse. Did I say dark?

Well, it sure is thyme and lime on the nose and lime and thyme on the palate. Odd combo that actually works since the white chocolate don’t show off it’s usual overbearing sweetness.
