Valrhona Lait Caramel. A tad sweet and really no chocolate flavour. That usually happen when going milkchocolate and andd stuff.
Goodio Wild Blueberry 61% Dry wild foresty smell and flavour. Thought i would be more acidic if is wild blueberry, actually called billberries.

Brasilian beans made to bar in France with to faces. The nose says acidic fruits but the palate says dark brooding powerful cacao. A chocolate to savour and remember.

Supermarket brand from German chain Lidl. A praline to enjoy with some beverage perhaps. Cherry and Chili, will it go together?

So smooth that it sneaks up on you. Troival fruit and savoury notes as well. Hotel chocolate made a good one here.
