If you like dark, straigt up dark chocolate, this is just that. Flavours of nuts, cacao and a hint of red berries does not make it worse. Did I say dark?

All kinds of ingredients in this chocolate frame. More like a cake than a chocolate bar. Tangerine jelly?, Matcha Tea?, Coconut nougat?, is there any sort of connection here? Try yourself, do you find it?

So I can’t find any chocolate flavours, but plenty of others. Sanddorn marsipan is lovely, Quitte jelly really nice.

Nutty galore for sure. I just wonder what happended to the chocolate. Is it even there. Like nuts? Go for it!

Usually Valrhona delivers balanced chocolate, even with added flavours, but this is just crunchy sugar. The chocolate is owerpowerd by the sugar shell coating of the pecan nuts.
Not my pleasing to my palate at the moment. Some added salt might have done the trick.

Do try this with coffee. I think it would be great. Me not being a spirits man can feel the heat från the alcohol and the bitterness of it on the back end, still nice treat.
